Grand Communities LLC is a land development company focused on transforming well-located sites into thoughtfully planned residential communities. Homestead Title is a full-service real estate title and closing company providing comprehensive title search, escrow, closing, and title insurance services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Founded in 1995, the company has built a strong reputation for accuracy, reliability, and professionalism across the markets it serves.

Victory Mortgage is a full-service residential mortgage lender providing financing solutions to homebuyers across the Midwest and Southeast. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Northern Kentucky, the company offers a wide range of loan programs and personalized guidance to support buyers throughout the home financing process.

Greg Fischer, Chairman

The Fischer Group Greg Fischer serves as Chairman of The Fischer Group, the parent company of Fischer Homes, Victory Mortgage, Homestead Title, and Acendion Collective. A second-generation leader, he brings decades of experience in real estate, development, and investment and helps guide enterprise strategy with a focus on land development and banking relationships. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Tim McMahon, CEO

The Fischer Group Tim McMahon is the Chief Executive Officer of Fischer Homes, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing privately held home builders. He has led the company’s expansion into major markets including Indianapolis and Atlanta, strengthening Fischer Homes’ reputation as a top national builder and innovator in residential construction. With more than 20 years of industry experience, including senior leadership roles at Centex Homes, Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Rutgers University.

Chris Murphy

Chris Murphy, CFO

The Fischer Group Chris Murphy is Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at The Fischer Group, where he oversees financial strategy, capital planning, and enterprise risk management. He brings 18 years of global finance leadership experience from Procter & Gamble, supporting billion-dollar brands and enterprise-wide initiatives. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and biotechnology from Arizona State University and a master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.

David Giambrone

David Giambrone, CIO

The Fischer Group David Giambrone serves as Chief Information Officer of The Fischer Group, where he leads enterprise technology strategy with a focus on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and business alignment. He brings more than two decades of global technology leadership experience from GE, most recently as CIO for Global Supply Chain at GE Aerospace. David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo, an MBA from Alfred University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

David Spaulding

President and Co-Founder Acendion Collective

David Spaulding, President/Co-Founder

Acendion Collective David Spaulding is President and Co-Founder of Acendion Collective, where he leads the development of multifamily and mixed-use communities focused on long-term value creation. He brings deep experience in construction and real estate development, having previously served as President of Lithko Contracting and held leadership roles at Turner Construction Company. David also serves on the Executive Committee of The Fischer Group and holds a Juris Doctor from Chase College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business from Marshall University.
